Fifteen - She's ever so grateful

My sweet angel says thank you for even the littlest things, always reminding me how much she appreciates me. And for that, she is AWESOME!

Fourteen - I've been waiting

My wonderful crazy match, that is my Robin.

I was listening to Matthew Sweet right around when she left me an anonymous note on my photo blog. In the preceding years (decades, even), I was dreaming about a certain kind of love that had always eluded me. I've since learned that others refer to this as a true partnership. It is a two-way kind of love, where you find the other person is your complement, in more ways than you ever dreamed possible. But I wasn't quite ready for that sweet kind of love. And now, as we inch up on a year, moment by blissful moment, I can't help but reflect on that wistful feeling that is, miraculously, now fulfilled.  



I had been waiting all this time. I was getting ready, slowly, and once I finally got there, she reached out for me.

And here it is, three hundred and sixty three days into our first year of marriage, and it keeps getting better. Like the man says, she knows what I'm thinking before I say it. She really is my perfect match.
